Meet Coach
Eric Hernandez Jr.
Hit the ball hard. Use your body. Play with confidence.

Coaching background
My name is Eric Hernandez Jr. and I am currently a collegiate baseball player at VTSU Lyndon, where I play first base and left-handed pitcher. Before college, I played at Essex High School, and I have continued to grow my knowledge of the game through my experience as a college athlete. Baseball has always been a huge part of my life, and I am passionate about helping the next generation of players reach their potential. My goal is to help hitters learn how to consistently hit the ball hard to all parts of the field while understanding how to use their body and figure out how to move efficiently. I believe every player is different, and instead of trying to make everyone look the same, I want athletes to understand their own movements, build a swing that works for them, and develop confidence at the plate. Ages: Middle school & high school players.
